Enmanuel Montas


Enmanuel Montás focuses his practice in Business Law and complex litigation. Some of his most relevant clients are market leaders in industries such as agricultural commodities, alcoholic products, banking, insurance, pension funds, telecommunications, among others.


In 2015, Enmanuel published a book on foreign investment in the Dominican Republic, a topic that he teaches at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of MS Consultores, a boutique law firm and Fiduciams, a licensed trust entity, both operating from Santo Domingo.


Enmanuel holds a Bachelor´s of Law -cum laude- (2001) and a Master´s of Law degree (LL.M.) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, and a Master´s of Law degree (LL.M.) from Temple University, Philadelphia, United States of America (2003). He has also pursued advanced programs on Negotiation at Harvard University and on Strategy at Wharton School. He also has a Certificate in International Trust Management from STEP and Manchester University.
