ILF member appointed as Chairman of the HMAA

William Seele of Houston member Julian & Seele, P.C. has recently been selected to serve as Chairman of the Houston Maritime Arbitrators Association ( www.hmaatexas.org ) In addition he has also been appointed to the Topics & Agenda Committee for the XVIIth International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators to be held in Hamburg, Germany from October 4 to 9, 2009 (www.icma2009.org)
