On March 24, 2026, Lawyer Wang Wei was invited to the Zhuhai Training Base of Sinopec Guangdong Company to deliver a thematic lecture and exchange session on complex legal issues related to the operation, management, and disposal of state-owned enterprise assets.

The lecture closely followed the full lifecycle of state-owned assets—covering ownership, management, operation, and disposal—and provided a comprehensive and detailed analysis of five core practical topics. Lawyer Wang began by systematically reviewing the state-owned asset supervision framework and responsible entities, clarifying key regulatory requirements and delineating the rights and responsibilities of various participants. He then deconstructed common legal challenges encountered in daily operation and maintenance, drawing on current laws, regulations, and recent typical judicial cases to identify root causes of risks and offer actionable solutions. The lecture further explored operational pathways for asset revitalization, highlighted four major risk control points in asset disposal, and elaborated on key compliance practices. Practical recommendations were also provided for special asset disposals such as scrap materials, as well as standardized on-site inspection procedures, helping frontline staff accurately grasp compliance boundaries and prioritize risk prevention.

As a lawyer specializing in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises and state-owned assets, Lawyer Wang Wei has long focused on the legal practice of state-owned asset management, paying close attention to core needs in this field. He is committed to enhancing the compliance of asset management in SOEs through professional knowledge sharing, practical exchanges, and project services. His efforts aim to ensure the successful implementation of major and complex state-owned asset operation and disposal projects, thereby promoting the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets and supporting the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
